Today, he hair was twisted up into a single ponytail, some thick strands placed like ribbon protruding from the tail. A pink crystal clip held her hair up, tight on her head. She was twirling along the sidewalk in slow, dance-like movements, that dark, thoughtful expression in place on her sweet face. She was humming something, something inaudible and distracted, not bothering to pay attention to where she was: she could take care of herself.
